Wawe Grid

Wawe Grid is the operational backbone of the platform — a global monitoring and management interface for research teams running experiments across distributed lab environments. It consolidates lab tracking, infrastructure status, e-lab notebook entries, and team activity into a single operational picture.

Lab Tracking

Monitor the status of active experiments, synthesis runs, and assays in real time. Wawe Grid aggregates data from connected instruments and lab management systems (LIMS) to give you a live view across all your labs.

  • Experiment statusActive, queued, completed, or failed — with timestamps and assignee
  • Run logsStep-by-step execution logs streamed in real time
  • Alert escalationCritical failures notify the assigned researcher immediately
  • Historical dataBrowse completed experiment records and download raw outputs

Infrastructure Monitoring

Track the health and utilisation of compute resources powering your simulations and pipelines. Wawe Grid displays real-time CPU/GPU load, memory usage, queue depth, and job throughput across all 14 global compute nodes.

E-Lab Notebook

The integrated electronic lab notebook (ELN) lets researchers log observations, annotate results, attach files, and link entries directly to Wawe runs or docking jobs. Entries are timestamped, cryptographically signed, and immutable after lock — satisfying GLP and regulatory audit requirements.

  • Create entries in rich text with Markdown support
  • Attach raw data files, spectra, and structure files
  • Link ELN entries to specific Wawe job IDs
  • Search across all entries by keyword, tag, researcher, or date range
  • Export entries as signed PDF for regulatory submission

People & Activity

Principal investigators and team leads can view researcher activity across the platform — which spaces are being used, which jobs are running, and who submitted what. This supports resource allocation, collaboration oversight, and compliance reporting.

Access & Permissions

Wawe Grid is available to all approved users, but certain admin views (resource allocation, team management) require elevated permissions. Contact your Wawe account manager to enable admin access for your organisation.
